Device Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. To improve existing product portfolio or new products under development
   

2. Controls new product introduction coordinating with design team

3. Team working to define, develop and deploy process flows and tools to realize a cost effective and a manufacturable product

4. Works to define production test specifications and identify SPC parameters selection, controlling product performance

5. Ability to effectively manage project teams and resources (for senior level and above)

Job Requirements:

1. Master's degree (or higher) in optics, electronics, semiconductors, telecommunication or equivalent technical discipline

2. 5 years+ of working experience in related industry

3. Optical devices and design competences could be preferred

4. Knowledge of process/product validation procedures and techniques

5. Knowledge of basic six sigma/lean manufacturing concepts like capability studies and SPC

6. Application of process and product FMEA, problem solving techniques, risk analysis

7. Competent with Microsoft Office applications and Minitab

8. Knowledge of LabVIEW is a plus

9. Fluent English
